About IIEF

IIEF (www.iief.or.id) is a national foundation with 40+ years’ experience managing in-country and international scholarship, training, and assessment programs. IIEF is the sole ETS representative in Indonesia and administers TOEFL ITP® tests nationwide, and since 2023 operates the TOEFL® Lounge to provide public information and services.

Position Summary

Support the operational team in proctoring digital testing services for a global corporate network, ensuring strict adherence to international proctoring standards, security protocols, and smooth test delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administer international-standard examinations according to established
• Perform timely and accurate reporting, record-keeping, and other administrative duties related to test delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders including test providers, candidates, vendors, and partner organizations.
• Ensure test security and integrity through monitoring, incident documentation, and escalation when required.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure uninterrupted testing services.

Requirements

• Preferably experience in test proctoring, with demonstrated ability to oversee and administer exams in compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Minimum Diploma  or  Bachelor’s  degree  in  any  field;  preference  for  Business

Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.

• Experience working in international and multicultural
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia preferred).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a
