General Information | Test Information | Test Schedule | Form Test | Contact General Information TOEFL® ITP Test is different than TOEFL® other test program. This program gives opportunity towards universities to perform independent TOEFL® test written in the old format utilizing the facilities and available staff. But, ITP score cannot be use as acceptance requirement for universities or colleges or other means with higher risk. This is because ITP test has been performed previously; therefore Educational Testing Services (ETS®) cannot guarantee that this program is entirely secured. This test actually can only be use as a tool to measure someone’s abilities in English level where the mother tongue is not English.
At the moment more than 1,200 schools, universities and private institutions around the world participate in providing Institutional Testing Program (ITP). In this matter, IIEF became the ETS representative in Indonesia that operates ITP for more than 70 institutions in Indonesia. For that, we are please to invite you in joining variety of institutions that has already gain benefit from the use of ITP through IIEF services. ITP offers two options of test, there are General TOEFL® ITP and PRE–TOEFL® test. TOEFL® ITP test scores for knowledge of English language in medium up to extension level, as PRE-TOEFL® measures the language skills similar to TOEFL® test, but with lower level of difficulties and shorter period of test time. How to use ITP Score ITP test designer to measure the skills of English in someone but not for a valid score in academic abilities. Therefore, the use of ITP score is for academic performances is not recommended. For institutions that required a TOEFL® score, it is highly recommended to decide independently what would be the required score or minimum standard requirement acceptable. Due to this flexibility, therefore each requirement is different in each institution. Note: ETS® or IIEF will not give out any form of information that may be identified as an institution, company, or organization without previous written permit from them.
