General Information | Test Information | Test Schedule | Form Test | Contact TOEFL® Internet-Based Test (TOEFL® IBT)TOEFL® (Test of English as a Foreign Language™) an English Proficiency test in academic context for international standard. This test is needed as one of the requirements for university or college acceptance abroad. The previous TOEFL® International test format was Computer-Based Test (CBT). But since year 2006 the format has changed into TOEFL® Internet-Based Test (TOEFL® iBT), which is operated through internet. TOEFL® iBT test consist of 4 (four) component, they are: Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing. The previous Component Structure has been replaced by the Speaking Component. This replacement is certainly a challenge for most Indonesian participants that already are accustomed in using English passively for communicating. In TOEFL® iBT there is also Integrated Tasks. It is a test question designed specifically for participants that can use more than one active language skill. This test is a representation of how language should be use in day-to-day real life.
